Train for your target role

with a MENTOR who has been an SME for 10+ years

Once you know where you're headed, Career Training gives you the skills, the knowledge, and the real project experience to get there, along with an assigned mentor who has been a subject-matter expert for over a decade. It runs in two stages.

Try before you Commit

Based on the roles you shortlisted in Career Discovery, we assign you a dedicated mentor for each one. Every mentor will brief you on a real, role-specific project — exactly the kind of task someone in that position would be given in a real workplace.

You'll work through each project with your mentor's guidance, and receive detailed feedback when you're done. After completing all the projects, you'll review your experience with your Career Guide and decide: do you need to explore further, or are you ready to commit to one target role?

This stage exists so that you don't just know about a role — you've actually done the work. That makes your decision far more informed, and your future far more likely to succeed.

Learn it. Prove it. Own it.

Once you've chosen your target role, your mentor will build a personalised training plan covering all the knowledge and skills you need to enter that role professionally.

Together, you'll agree on a realistic schedule that fits around your availability. Your mentor will direct you to the right learning resources and guide your progress — but the drive to learn is yours. This isn't a classroom. It's a mentorship.

As you complete each section of the plan, your mentor will assess your understanding and skills. Once you've passed all assessments, your mentor will give a final sign-off confirming you're ready to move forward into the workplace.

All That's Yours, From Day One.

A dedicated mentor per shortlisted role (Stage 1)

For each role on your shortlist, you'll be paired with a mentor who works in that field. They'll guide you through a real project so you can experience the role before committing to it.

Real, role-specific projects with full briefing and feedback

Every project is the kind of task someone in that role would actually be given in a real workplace. Your mentor will brief you clearly before you begin, and give you honest, detailed feedback once you're done.

A personalised training plan built around your schedule

Once you've chosen your target role, your mentor will design a training plan covering everything you need to know and be able to do. The pace and timing are built around your availability — not a fixed timetable.

Direction on what, where, and how to learn

Your mentor will point you to the right resources, courses, and materials for each part of your training. You won't be left to figure it out on your own — but the learning itself is driven by you.

Section-by-section assessments

As you complete each part of your training plan, your mentor will assess your progress to make sure your knowledge and skills are genuinely developing. No surprises at the end — you'll always know where you stand.

A mentor sign-off confirming you're ready for the workplace

When you've completed the full training plan and passed all assessments, your mentor will give a formal confirmation that you're ready to enter the workplace. This is your green light to move into Career Break-In.
