Having the skills is one thing. Getting the chance to use them is another. Career Break-In gives you a real entry point through structured internship placements.
The hardest part of entering any competitive field isn't learning the skills. It's getting inside: standing in front of a real company, doing real work, and proving what you can do. In industries like Finance and Technology, credentials alone don't get you there. Real experience is what separates candidates.
Career Break-In bridges that gap. We place you into internships with real companies, not simulated exercises or case studies. Actual work, actual responsibilities, in an actual team.
The experience you need to get the job that starts the career.
Placements are typically one to three months in length. Full-time and part-time options are available, structured around your circumstances.
Placement opportunities are available in the UK and internationally — giving you genuine flexibility in where your career begins.
Your mentor continues to support you throughout the placement. Adventures.AI provides additional resources to ensure you're never navigating it alone.
Career Break-In follows Career Training. When your mentor confirms you're ready, you enter the placement process — with verified capability and genuine confidence behind you.
We match you to a company and internship opportunity aligned with your trained role. The placement is real — a genuine company, genuine responsibilities, genuine colleagues.
For 1–3 months, you work inside the company on real projects. Your mentor continues to support you throughout. Adventures.AI remains available as a resource alongside your mentor.
When your placement concludes, structured feedback is gathered from you, your mentor, and your host company. Together, you determine the clearest next step: a further internship or a direct application for a permanent role.
Career Break-In is designed for students and career changers who have completed Career Training and are prepared to make their first genuine move into the industry.
