You've found your direction. Now it's time to build the skills, knowledge, and proof of capability that will get you hired, with a practitioner who has done it themselves.
Most training programmes tell you what to know. Career Training focuses on making you demonstrably capable before you apply to anything.
You're paired with a mentor with 10+ years of active experience in your chosen field. They don't lecture. They build a programme around you, assign real work, and assess your progress as a senior colleague would.
By the time you're done, you have a confirmed track record, not just a certificate.
Career Training is structured in two phases — so you build knowledge and confidence progressively, not all at once.
If you've been shortlisted for more than one role, your mentor assigns real, role-specific projects across each option. You test-drive them before you commit — so your choice is grounded in genuine experience, not assumption.
Once your role is confirmed, your mentor designs a fully personalised training plan: the right resources, a schedule that fits your life, and section-by-section evaluations that track your real progress.
From the moment you're assigned a mentor, you have a dedicated professional whose only job is to get you ready.
Every mentor is an active practitioner — still doing the work you're training for. Not retired. Not academic. Present in the industry right now.
Your mentor isn't managing a cohort or running a class. They have one assignment: you. Every session, project, and assessment is built around your goals.
When your training is complete, your mentor formally confirms you are ready to enter the workforce in your target role. A verified statement of capability — from someone who has seen you do the work.
Career Training is open to anyone who has completed Career Discovery or who already has a clear target role, whether in Finance, Technology, or another competitive field.
