Adventures.AI ("Adventures.AI", "we", "us", "our") provides career guidance, advisory, and educational services to individuals seeking to explore and enter professional fields. We are not an employment agency, a recruitment firm, or a financial adviser. Our services are advisory in nature.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Adventures.AI does not guarantee employment, job offers, internship placements, salary outcomes, or any specific career result. Our programmes provide structured guidance, practitioner access, and skills development. Whether a user secures a role depends on factors entirely outside our control, including but not limited to: market conditions, employer decisions, individual effort and performance, economic circumstances, and personal suitability.

Any past outcomes or examples shared on our website or by our team are illustrative only and are not a representation of what any individual user will achieve.

3. Nature of Services

Our programmes — Career Discovery, Career Training, and Career Break-In — are educational and advisory in nature. They are designed to develop a user's understanding of a career field, build relevant skills, and create opportunities for practical experience. They do not constitute:

• A promise of employment or placement
• Professional legal, financial, or regulated career advice
• A qualification, certification, or accredited credential
• A guarantee that a user will meet the requirements of any specific employer or role

4. User Responsibilities

By registering, you confirm that:

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading
• You are at least 16 years of age, or have obtained parental or guardian consent
• You will engage with our team and any assigned advisor or mentor honestly and professionally
• You will not use our services, advisors, or content for any unlawful purpose
• You take sole responsibility for any career or personal decisions you make based on guidance received

Adventures.AI reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services to any user at our discretion, including where information provided is found to be inaccurate or where behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adventures.AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with:

• Use of, or inability to use, our services
• Reliance on any guidance, advice, or content provided through our programmes
• Failure to secure employment, an internship, or any other career outcome
• Actions or decisions of third parties, including host companies or employers
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services

Where liability cannot be excluded under law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the relevant service in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Adventures.AI website and within our programmes — including but not limited to materials, tools, frameworks, session content, and branding — is the intellectual property of Adventures.AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such content commercially without our prior written consent.

7. Third Parties

Our Career Break-In programme may involve placement with third-party host companies. Adventures.AI acts solely as an intermediary. We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, conduct, or working conditions of any host company or employer. Any agreement entered into between a user and a host company is solely between those parties.

8. Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Our legal basis is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a)). We retain your data for up to 2 years. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@adventures-ai.com. UK-based users may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers solely to operate our services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will always display the date of the most recent update at the top of this document.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
